Demi Doyle is an award-winning creative with a track record for delivering some of the UK’s most talked-about television. She created Tyson Fury: The Gypsy King for ITV and went on to produce the global Netflix smash-hit At Home With The Furys - cementing her reputation for securing unrivalled access and telling powerful, character-driven stories. Her career spans some of the biggest formats and documentaries on television, including The Secret Life of 4 Year Olds, Big Brother, Educating, The Apprentice, Sort Your Life Out and Getting Filthy Rich. As Creative Director at NavyBee, Demi brings her love of real storytelling and her natural way of connecting with people into everything she works on. She creates programmes that feel both authentic and warm, mixing exclusive access with genuine authenticity.

Gavin Evans
Head of Development
Gavin’s career has been built on producing high-profile unscripted and entertainment series, alongside talent producing and management across a wide range of projects. His credits include The Apprentice, Glow Up, The Real Full Monty and Celebrity Big Brother, and he has worked with many of the most recognisable names in television. In his role at Navybee, Gavin focuses on access-led development, working closely with talent and agents to create brand-new series across unscripted and entertainment programming. With a strong instinct for storytelling and trusted talent relationships, he is driven to develop ambitious projects that put people at their centre and deliver shows with genuine heart.

Ben Hirsch
Series Director
Benjamin Hirsch is one of the most exciting up-and-coming documentary directors in the UK, working across both Workerbee and Navybee’s diverse slates. Most recently, he directed the NTA-winning Molly-Mae: Behind It All and co-directed Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix. He is also known for the landmark five-year project Janet Jackson, as well as the critically acclaimed Bruno vs Tyson, which debuted as Sky Documentaries’ highest-rating original of 2021. When not behind the camera, Ben can be found in executive-producing a range of projects, including the award-winning Four Kings. His additional credits span major broadcasters and streamers, including That Peter Crouch Film for Amazon Prime, The Bridge for Channel 4 and HBO Max, and Idris Elba: Fighter for Discovery.

Jade O'Halloran
Production Executive
As Head of Production, Jade oversees all production and operations across Workerbee and its family of labels, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from development through to final delivery.

Amanda Cuttell
Line Producer
Amanda started her career doing tea runs for various studio shows at Television Centre before getting a job in 2009 working on the reception desk at Lion Television. A production secretary role on BBC’s Homes Under the Hammer came calling and she steadily worked her way up to Production Coordinator for some of Lion’s documentary and factual entertainment output making shows for Channel 4, BBC2 and the Smithsonian channel. After five years in London, she decided to move up north to Manchester in 2014 and continued working on docs and entertainment series for Love Productions and True North, making programmes for Channel 4, Channel 5, MTV and Discovery. Amanda joined Workerbee in 2017 working largely across the company’s true crime documentaries as a junior production manager and then production manager. For a short time in 2021, she dabbled in studio shows working for Remarkable making BBC 1’s The Wall. As a line producer, she has worked on two series of The Bridge (Channel 4/HBO Max) and NBC Universal’s Hot Wheels Ultimate Challenge. In the last year, Amanda has turned her hand to high end talent led docs having worked across some of Navybee’s output: two series of Amazon Prime’s NTA award winning Molly-Mae: Behind It All, and Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix, due for release on Amazon Prime in early 2026.

Lucie Kenny Gains
Talent Executive
Lucie joined Workerbee Group in 2022 as Talent Executive, focused on finding new and award-winning off-screen talent across a broad range of formats for all labels, including Navybee. Working closely with Executive Producers and Production teams to staff shows for Channel 4, BBC, Netflix, Amazon and NBC among others. She has crewed up a wide range of shows from dating reality series to documentaries, including the award-winning Molly Mae: Behind It All and Jesy Nelson: Life Before Little Mix. Before joining the Workerbee Group, Lucie was across Talent for ITV Studios in the North.
